This iframe that I am using on my PC works fine but when I view it on my tablet, I receive a 404 page not found error. Any ideas? I know it has something to do with the page because if I put a web link it works fine.

Since I use 5.8.1 it seems that whenever the login expires (or just not logged in), going to a dashboard page (or other where a login is required) will result in a 404 Not Found.
