10s TTFB without enabling Full Page Cache

Hello Everyone,
We have a website that takes 10s for the initial response time. But when full page cache is enabled, it reduces to 2 seconds.
But the same website works fine when deployed to a docker container even without enabling any kind of cache. (This one works with IP. domain is not added)

Consider replacing any autonavs with static lists with nestable manual nav (free in the marketplace)
