I have tried to solve this error and cant solve it cant access the page I need to know how to solve event from database

You first need to know what block on that page is trying to get that file and throwing the error. Maybe a gallery or a slider block?

Then, the easiest would be to modify the block's view so it doesn't throw the error anymore while you remove it or change the file it's trying to get.
