Forms with payment processing for a company

Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone has any tips on where I should go or what I should do to get a form process where someone would input all the information needed from a custom form then choose a payment plan then pay with their credit card and also have to click a box agreeing to terms like other corporate sites have? Then that information gets sent to me nicely and I can print it and file it.

Would this be a "subscription" based type of payment where the user is charged monthly?
They have a free option within limits, but to accept payments, you would have to use one of their subscription options. Here is a link to their pricing page:http://www.wufoo.com/pricing/1/...

So let me ask you this:
Will wuforms be able to make a form to get all my clients information.. (then they click next) choose a from the options of what to pay for (then they click next) accept the third party consent agreement (which would mean they click a button or something) then finish up with a check out and pay me which would send their payment to me and the information they put in?

I would assume so, but, as I said earlier, I don't have any personal experience with WuFoo's payment processing option. I'd suggest you chat with them about this. If you do choose them for this, I'd like to here how it works out for you.

I like using them for a variety of forms and they're very easy to integrate into a concrete5 theme. I haven't had need to use their payment receiving option yet, but they do offer one.
