I have a problem with Timezones...

I tested this in 8.5.4 and in 8.5.5 RC1

I enabled "Enable user defined time zones" on my site... Dashboard > system > basics > timezone. Everything here is set to the Chicago Timezone. See Attachement 1 (Bug_TimeZoneA)

Only the first admin is allowed to change the users Timezone. See Attachement 2 (Bug_TimeZoneB)


All users are in group Administrators.

One user cannot change his own Timezone but can change his Language. See Attachement 3 (Bug_TimeZoneC)


The User permissions also look ok in... Dashboard > system > permissions > users. See Attachement 4 (Bug_TimeZoneD)
