concrete5 requires PHP 5.3.3+ to run.

I just downloaded concrete5. Uploaded it to an empty directory in my Bluehost account. Unzipped the file and directed my browser to the directory and received an error: concrete5 requires PHP 5.3.3+ to run. Can you please help. Thanks
