Like title suggests, the upgrade seemed to go well until I tried to edit a page. I was in dashboard and I have to double click on a file to see the menu, then select visit page and then the page appears without the edit bar at the top! Any ideas?

I moved a site to a new server, but DIR_BASE still reports as the old local path on the old server. I don't see this in the settings file anywhere. Is this set in the database? Where can I change it?
