Missing toolbar in Firefox - hosted, not locally

I developed a site locally and it worked correctly in all browsers. I moved the site to my hosting server and after getting the site working I immediately noticed that firefox is no longer giving me the Concrete5 edit bar while viewing the site.

The dashboard works correctly and the site works in all other browsers flawlessly. I tried clearing cache on both browser and website, I disabled all firefox add-ons, I logged out and logged in several times, but still I get no concrete bar in Firefox. What I'm seeing in the source is that a line containing var CCM_SECURITY_TOKEN is missing only in firefox while viewing the site (I have tried other themes as well).

Any ideas?

Some additional information that might be helpful:

The site I was just referencing was actually an add-on domain in my hosting account. For example siteone.com is the main hosting account, but sitetwo.com is hosted on the same hosting account as an add-on. Sitetwo.com is the one with the toolbar issue, but siteone.com has a Concrete site installed and the edit bar shows up flawlessly. Still not sure how this could be, any thoughts?

So, After installing Concrete in the root for "siteone".com I checked on the site that was giving me trouble and suddenly the Concrete bar is working properly. So I'm guessing that the bar needs something (not sure which files/dirs) in the root to work properly.

Kinda irritating, but I'm sure it's easily remedied. Maybe if I have some time I'll do testing and figure out what it is that causes this (if anyone else wants to jump in on this they are welcome to).

Thanks... me, for all your genius troubleshooting skills and for the ability to manage a one-sided conversation so well.
