Need help to Fix my broken website

Hi there,
I'm looking or some help to fix my website as I'm not capable of this at all.
I haven't logge onto my site for some time and noticed that none of the pages are displaying correctly.
I ran an update that seems to have fixed some stuff but overall it's not running correctly and I no longer have access to my dashboard when I log in. I imagine lots of things that run the site are out of date.
Any help with will be much appreciated.

This sounds pretty familiar ;)
I'm not sure why you didn't contact me about this, but I never heard back from my last email to you on 6/13/2016 after getting the site back online with 5.4.2.1?
