How to add new page menu item to header

Created a new page. How do I add a Menu item at the top of the Home page? This would be added next to Home About and Search menu items?

Every time I try to add a file or anything at all, it pops up as a falal error. I can't do anything and its frustrating.

Sorting Attribute Columns in Dashboard

Can anyone tell me how to sort the user attribute columns on the Dashboard/Search page? I know I can move newly created attributes around on the User Attribute page, but it does not follow the exact order that I created. Anyone? Thanks.

Different login pages for groups?

Is it possible to redirect group members to specific pages when they login? IE At the moment I can select a custom page in the c5 dashboard to direct all members to after they login, but I want to set a custom page for each group.
