5.7 site gone done with mkdir(): Permission denied error - any ideas?!
Currently working on a new site. Haven't touched it for a few days, but all was fine on my last visit.
But have just gone to log in and I'm getting the C5 generated error:
"An unexpected error occurred. mkdir(): Permission denied".
Any ideas? Bit stumped, can't access dashboard or site content. Weirdly I though the mkdir() error would more commonly be associated with a fresh install?

Problem identified. Our hosts had run a security update which caused an issue with the temp directory permissions. C5 is erroring as it cannot currently create sessions or uploads. A fix is in progress but hopefully this post might help others!
I'm having the same problem here..http://theoldbakehouse.ie/
What should I do? Do I need to contact the hosts?

I'm still waiting on them to fix it, but it looks like it is an issue with a cPanel update. Not good.
