5.7.0.4 Internet Explorer support

Hi All,
brand new user of Concrete5 just doing some internal development work. Got everything working fine on Firefox and chrome with no issues and really liking it.
We have a company policy that all of our sales people are forced to use IE (minimum version is 9, most are on 10 or 11) and the website won't allow them to log in: clicking the button and nothing happens.
I've tried having a google and searching these forums but can't find an answer that works.
I've tried speaking to my domain admin about forcing the rendering engine through group policy (which should work, as changing the engine within developer tools works fine) but he's hesitant to make the change as it could break other sites.
Thanks in advance to anyone that can offer help.

My first suggestion would be to upgrade your site(s) to 5.7.1, just in case it's due to some bug that has been fixed.
Hi Mesuva,
Thanks for the reply. I have now upgraded to the latest version and still have the same problem. If I change the rendering mode within IE to IE9 or later it works the same as in Firefox and Chrome (and safari on Mac) but as soon as I close the developer toolbar in IE it returns to an unusable state.
Thanks
Steve
