5.7.4 - Can't add pages anymore after editing page type "page"

After having edited a detail of the page type "page" to open it always with composer, and then trying to add a page by the button "Pages" in the toolbar, i'm getting the following error:
No page can be added any more. The problem persists even after changing the edits of the page type back to the defaults.

Just a note, why i'm posting this bug in the forum:
For some strange reason, it's literally impossible for me to post exactly this post to the bug tracker. I've tried it with different browsers, on different computers even with different operating systems. After 'submit', the form doesn't close, the spinner rotates endlessly. Seems even the bug tracker has a bug...
An exception occurred while executing 'select cID from Pages where cParentID in () and cInheritPermissionsFromCID = ': SQLSTATE[42000]: Syntax error or access violation: 1064 You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ') and cInheritPermissionsFromCID =' at line 1
