A bunch of class not found messages

I am getting quite a few "class not found" messages in my apache logs. The site seems to be running ok, but a little slow. I thought maybe it had something to do with my concrete directory being a symbolic link. I moved all the concrete files back into the server root and I am still getting these error messages. I have also deleted the cache folder to no avail. Any suggestions on how to fix this ?
