Access denied session problem

Hi,
I'm using 5.7.3 version of Concrete5 on localhost.
I have lots of issues with C5 kicking me out. I can edit the page and after few minutes I get errors with Access Denied message.
First I tough it was issue with browser, but I get same errors with Safari and Firefox.
Is concrete5 using session cache expire attribute from php.ini?

Is your Admin Bar showing on the site? I am having the same issue, it is since my server was changed. I can login but the admin bar never shows. I can edit, but as soon as I try to save edits I get access denied....
