Add and delete a page - Page does not disappear from navigation

I added a new page, then publishes and thereafter deleted the page.

The page don‘t want to disappear from navigation.

If i click on the navigation link, i got a 404.

What can i do?

Did you clear the cache ?

dashboard/system/optimization/clearcache
