Alternative form add-on for Formidable or Formify

Hello,
I am trying to find a form add-on with field conditional function but I think there is no form add-on rather than Formidable / Fomify. Formidable has only a lite version which doesn't include a file upload + etc and It seems like the Fomify has a lot of bug on 5.7. (from another discussion + their website is not working properly)
I would like to know if there is any other way to create a form with field conditional stuff.

Unfortunately these are the only 2 add-ons in the Marketplace at this point. You will probably have to either use a 3rd party tool or build an External Form by hand to handle this if you don't like those options.
...or you could create your own form block (or get a developer to do so for you).
