Hello,

Everytime i submit an form, i get the following error displayed:

An unexpected error occurred.
vsprintf(): Too few arguments

Logging shows:
Exception Occurred: /home/####/domains/####.com/public_html/concrete/bootstrap/helpers.php:37 vsprintf(): Too few arguments (2)

There has nothing changed over the past months.. so i'm not really sure what to do..??

Running Version Installed - 5.7.5.13

Anybody got this issue ?

Can anybody please help me? :(
