I appologize here if my questions may be inappropriate, but I am quite new to concrete5.

As the description seems to be for pre 5.7 systems, my question is, is that functionality available in 5.7+ and how to activate it?

It's an add-on that is not included with the core. So perhaps you should try and contact the developer if he is willing to port this over to 5.7? Shouldn't be that much work.
