Best why for registered user to upload profile picture

Hello, what is the best way to give registered users the ability to upload their profile picture without giving them access to the Dashboard. Thanks

In Concrete 5.7 you can find this option when you navigate to the account page.
yoursite.com/account

The direct url for editing the profile picture is
yoursite.com/account/avatar

If you are not using pretty urls than than you need to add index.php.
yoursite.com/index.php/account
