Under the Elemental theme and c5 version 8, I find that many bootstrap features, such as collapsible sections (JS Collapse plugin) do not work at all. I found that these features would work correctly if I replaced the stylesheet link to the bootstrap-modified.css provided in the theme with a reference to bootstrap.min.css on the bootstrap cdn.

I'm using the Clonelemental theme to make such modifications.

Although everything looks good so far, I wonder if I might be breaking something I'll discover later. What do I lose by not using bootstrap.min.css? Performance optimizations? Are there any other changes that I need for the theme to work right?
