c5.6 (VS.) c5.7, I don't know!

Long time c5 member & advocate here. For a new job I installed c5.7 and I'm all out of wack after acknowledging the changes in route that c5 seems to be going.
Will core blcoks like "core commerce" be updated to work on 5.7?

Please note that I am just a community member and this is purely speculation on my part.

As far as I know, there hasn't been work on getting core_commerce to 5.7, it very well may be being built as we speak, but it is a very complex addon, and there would need to be a lot of changes to get it working with 5.7.

I expect this shoud be ported, but I also expect other ecommerce addons will be brought to 5.7 :)
