C57 how to speed up?

Here's a screenshot of my network tab in Chrome. Loading dashboard / sitemap takes about 5 seconds, which is quite a lot I think. This website contains three pages. The i18n files are ran via index.php which is quite time consuming it seems.
I'm running C56 websites in the same environment and it is significantly faster. In both environments cache is disabled.
Any ideas what I can do to speed things up?
