I have advanced permissions activated and created a usergroup 'publishers'. They should be able to view/search users and edit their details.

I've activated all the user permissions for this group, but for some reason the permissions do not work. This group is able to access the user search page in dashboard, but the list is empty...

Anyone have an idea where to look for a solution except making them full administrator?
