Does Concrete 5.7 ship with collapse.js.. ( make the navbar work ) or should I include it. If it is included what is the path to it?? I've searched but no luck.. If I include it should I register it or just path to it??

It's not included, so you'll need to include and register it. Although you could just put an absolute path to it, it's better to register it, so it doesn't conflict with edit mode.
