Coming Back Soon

I am new to the concrete community. I added permissions to my local test site, thinking it will still let me, the admin, access the website to edit it, but whenever I go to the index page, it gives me the 'Coming Back Soon' page. No matter which page I want to access, it keeps on giving me the page. I cannot log in to edit the website. How can I remove the 'Coming Back Soon' page and start editing my website again?

can you visit:
yoursite/index.php/dashboard
or
yoursite/index.php/login

At first I couldn't log into either page. But I could use the login page now. Thx.

Sounds like you are in Maintenance Mode, log in as admin then disable Maintenance Mode

/index.php/login
/index.php/dashboard/system/permissions/maintenance

Thx for the help. I was in Maintenance Mode and I could log in and disable it.
