Compose Form: Adding Sets (Add Form Control) Bug?

I couldn't post this in the Bug Tracker it kept just trying to load and load.

When adding a page type, I proceeded to setup a new composer form for the page type. I added my first set and its first property just fine. However adding the second property caused 3 "Add Form Control" windows to appear on top of each other. The first displays the actual possible options to add to the form, the other 2 are blank (see attached screenshot).

The first time I did this, I closed the extra two windows thinking I'd been impatient and clicked extra times causing the issue. I confirmed this was not the case on the second attempt.

When these 3 windows are open, if you close the blank windows using the X in the upper right corner of the screen and proceed with adding the new form control on the window that appeared correctly, you will end up with at least 3 copies of that property added to the set. If you attempt to ad a legitimate 3rd property to the set after this, it opens an exponentially higher number of blank windows (which then would add an equal number of copies of the 3rd property).

I deleted my original form attempt and did so again and found I was able to repeat the issue.

I also tested this on a seperate C57 install I had (5.7.01b) and could not repeat this issue. The beta setup already had some default sets in existence (due to choosing sample data during install), my install of 5.7.2 does not did not have sample data installed at setup.

I can provide access to my site for testing upon request.
