Composer Edit permissions

Hi,
I can't find what permission I'm missing.
Group Blogger can't see the button for Composer in Published page.
They can use it when they are creating a new page. I'm using advanced permissions.

I'm having the same issue here - I've got all the permissions set for creating a page, using composer to populate it with content, but there's no button on the tool bar to launch composer to edit the content after the page creation.

Did you ever find a solution to this? Cheers!
