Our company recently moved to Concrete5.7 which has been good so far. I have now been asked to create forms to allow our editors to easily input data except after I create a Composer Form it does not show when they add a new page.

I have added in the Composer Control blocks into the pages and linked the blocks to them which I believe is the correct method. In addition to this I have also tried the same steps on a blank theme and blank page just to ensure none of our code was conflicting.

Is there anything else that could be causing this not to show?
