Concrete 5.7 Page Redirect Add-on

I'm sorry if this has been asked already, but how could I go about getting the Page Redirect (http://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/page-redirect/) add-on to work with Concrete 5.7? It's very frustrating how the new Concrete update doesn't support most of the add-ons or plugins from previous versions. Again, if this has been asked already, I apologize.

At the moment no, but you may be able to point it to an external link
