You're hired Mainio! ;)
In all seriousness, yup that's pretty much exactly it. Some key bits to ad:
1) It's not a separate version of concrete5 that gets all the good love, these are extensions to the same core we all use for free. This keeps us honest and not focusing all our love on one product while giving away a completely different one for promotion.
2) Our internationalization add-on (for version 7 of concrete5) lets you import and export content as XML. This is very handy for large organizations using CAT (computer aided translation) tools like Trados.
3) We do offer hosting, and we do offer support agreements for clients who would rather manage their own hosting. We also engage as PortlandLabs on larger projects that need some heavy hitter tech/architecture help.
4) We also do a SASR (Site Architecture and Stability Report) where we spend a day beating up your concrete5 site and tell you what could be improved for performance and longevity.
Hope that helps, if you have any specific questions feel free to private message me or use the contact form.

Oh my goodness! I want the HTML exporter! Speeeed!
Basically their enterprise solutions are described here:
http://www.concrete5.org/support/enterprise...
They consist of few different services/products:
- Enterprise support
- Enterprise hosting
- Enterprise add-on extensions
I assume your question is about the enterprise extensions as you talk about features.
That page (linked above) pretty much explains the four different enterprise offerings they have. They are add-on extensions to the core, so the core still remails the same but through these add-ons you can add features that you might need in an enterprise environment. In short, these are explained below (according to my understanding):
Multi-Step Workflow
If you have a large organization where you have a set of different people handling your content, and multiple levels in the approval process, you might need this. E.g. each new blog post needs to go through many different people in the organization before going live. This helps with that.
Internationalization
Adds some team features to the Internationalization features in concrete5. And a centralized screen in the dashboard where the translators can go through the content they need to translate (without the need to navigate multiple places at the site). And also translation services if you want to automatically translate your content through Google Translate or Bing.
Centralized Digital Asset Management (CDAM)
If you're running a large scale publishing application, this might help you out. It helps you in creating different types of content trees and content entries separately from your sitemap. You can also define different content types for which you can define all the attributes they need to store. Helps you if you need to manage a large set of content that needs to be displayed in multiple different formats (HTML, PDF, XML, etc.). Check the product page for examples.
HTML Exporter
You would need this is you are running a high traffic site. Generates static HTML files from the content of your site in order to serve these quickly from the server. Not sure but I would expect this would automatically also handle the .htaccess rewriting stuff for displaying the content through correct URLs.
In general, these are tools targeted towards large organizations who have the $s for that. In addition, almost all of these tools would require at least some amount of system setups and training on how to use them properly. And in some cases you might also require some custom development on your site to make full use of these tools.
As said, I'm not from the PortlandLabs team, so this is just based on my own understanding and experience of these tools. I do not promise that all the information here is 100% accurate, it is just based on my understanding.
