Content not draggable when editing?

Hi,

I watched the video below of 5.7 in action and have repeated all the steps shown... but I am unable to drag-n-drop blocks of content as shown in the video at about the :40 second mark. I'm using a fresh install with Elemental, and editing the Sales Associate example page. Is there a setting I must enable to use the drag and drop feature? To clarify: I can drag a content type from the sidebar and create it just fine; I'm unable to drag the content once it's in place on the page.

Thanks for any insights.

Try this...

Before you try to move any content, right-click anywhere on the page and choose 'Inspect Element'. Along the top of the window that opens up, make sure you are on the 'Console' tab. Are there any red errors showing? If so, post those errors here. If there are no errors showing yet, keep the Console open and try moving some content. Does an error show up then? If so, post that error here.

Thanks for the suggestion; no errors showed in either case. But I realized something while giving it a try...

If I click a piece of content (A) and bring up the Edit/Copy/Delete dialog, I can then hover another piece of content (B), grab the crosshairs, and move the content (B); it (B) animates and moves to wherever it is dropped and the dialog that was exposed for the original content (A) disappears.

Maybe that will provide a clue...
