Converting an HTML Template to a Concrete5 Theme

I was following Andrew's tutorial on converting a theme until I got to "Then go to the home page. It's blank – because we haven't created any templates." Blank screen ok, but try to get back to the dashboard.. " not " .. I tried everything.. Short of deleting everything is there any way to get to the dashboard, or change the back to default theme ( elemental ) ??

/index.php/dashboard takes you to the dashboard. E.ghttp://yourdomain.com/index.php/dashboard.... Or just complete the next step of the tutorial, which probably is including header_required and footer_required.
