could not find driver???

Built a spanking new 5.7 site a few months back and have not edited since, however, pull it up often getting ready for a program's launch. Out of the blue today getting a C5 page with the following "could not find driver". No getting into the site!

Use Blue Host and have several other sites up and running with no issue, however, the one at issue is the only 5.7. Any Ideas? Thanks!

OK got a hold of Blue Host and they had to revert the PHP version which some how got changed (I did not, and it worked absolutely fine until I tried to pull the site up yesterday. They told me Blue Host does not support 5.7, the site is now working again.

DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON HERE? I am about to convert an entire live site to 5.7. Thanks,

Hi MrGrowBizz,

What version of concrete5 is the site running?

What PHP version was the server running and what version was it reverted to?

I see no reason why concrete5 5.7 would not run on Bluehost or other standard shared hosts.

5.7.5.1 Environment Showing # PHP Version
5.4.43

All I know the chatter fixed quickly and had to revert the PHP without giving specifics as to versions. When questioned came up with the fact they were not compatible with 5.7, all my other non 5.7 sites were never interrupted. He said it would not revert back, so assume they must have changed. Thanks

I want to add that I experienced exactly the same problem with my Concrete5.7 site on Bluehost. They had upgraded from PHP 5.4 to 5.6 without my knowledge, and it broke my site. Reverting to 5.4 fixed everything again (I did not need to reinstall anything). I don't know if a Concrete5 release is available which is compatible with PHP 5.6.

Running concrete5 5.7 on PHP 5.6 should not be an issue. I have been running 5.7 locally and on a live server using PHP 5.6 with no issues.

It makes me wonder if there is a Bluehost specific issue involved.

Thanks for the input! Surprised we have not heard more about this with those using Blue Host.
