Database Backup and Restore in 5.7

Hello
When Concrete5 team it's thinking to make this option working in Concrete5 5.7?
I found that in 5.6 this is a very useful and quick way of backing up a website database.
Thank you very much.

I miss this important feature, too. Any information from the developers?
Once 5.7 is more stable and the developer documentation is complete, I will be porting Backup Voodoo to 5.7.
Just checking to see if there is any update on this.
Thanks!
Thanks!
Missing this here too!
We're trying to move over to 5.7, slowly but surely! To me this is quite an important function, it's usually quite a long winded process to back up the database outwith Concrete5 and especially if you are on shared hosting, even longer if you have to restore from a backup.
Any news on when this might be reinstated?

We all waiting :)
I'm also looking forward to the implementation of this useful feature. Any news?
Franz addressed it as a question in

It's off the table. You can read it (or view the video) by clicking John's link.
Any updates to this? Is 5.7 Update and restore officially of the table? The link is broken.
Thanks!
Thanks!
