If an image is used on, say, the homepage of a website using 5.7, and that image is deleted from the File Manager, what should happen?

I would presume that the homepage would load and the image would be missing, or something close to that.

I realize that ideally you'd remove the image from use first, but if there are hundreds of pages it's not easy to figure out where something might be used.

I'm getting the attached screenshot. Just wondering if this is expected.
