disable customization in elemental theme

hello everybody
how would i turn off customization in the elemtal theme. i do not want my client to play around different typography options etc.
is it possible to completely turn it off, so there is no menu (presets) visible?
that would be phantastic.

One option is deleting styles.xml.
themes\elemental\css\styles.xml
