Drop down menu error

Hello all,

Is anyone experiencing odd errors with the latest version? i have enclosed the main one i've begun getting & pretty much all the time now. Its when in edit mode and you select something to edit, the drop down box of choices is blank, if you move your mouse down what should be there, it actually is there but only as you scroll over it.. see the 2 pics i've included it may explain itself better than i am.

Ive also got another problem when trying to create a gallery using a fileset, i've included the error message for this too as i'm not sure where to send it, the reason for this is i have 3 different galleries iv purchased, this issue happens with all 3 of them, this suggests to me its not the galleries somehow...

Apologies if i've placed this in the wrong forum, but i can only think it has something to do with keeping c5.7 updated wherever possible.

Any help ideas would be most welcome..
regards
pat

Hi fivepints,

Regarding the drop-down, my first thought is you have theme/block CSS that is conflicting with the CSS of the concrete5 editing interface.

Are you using a custom theme? If you are, does switching to the default Elemental theme resolve the problem?

The error looks to be caused by the WatermarkNN add-on. I recommend making a support ticket that includes the steps to reproduce the error :https://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/watermarknn/support...

Hi MrKDilkington,

wow that was a fast response, many thanks. Yes i use supermint3 as my theme of choice. So i now know where to direct my questions, as for the other error, i do have watermarkNN, i had installed it only and so far had not touched it, maybe this is required, but i have taken your advice and contacted the author of the add-on.

again many thanks for such a speedy response.

regards

Hi MrKDilkington,

Just to update you, i did try switching back the default theme, although it makes a mess of the layout i have, it does resolve the problem as you suspected, switching back again brings back the error.
Well done.
