OK, you are on a Composer Page that you want to edit it. You click the gear Icon in the upper left and it launches the Composer Form so you can edit the page.

You make your edits. you click "Save" in the lower right. Now you are sent to the page in Edit Mode, you need to Click the Green Pencil Icon and then "Publish Changes to make your edits work.

You have to click three buttons to save the edits you make to a page. This is as bad as an editing experience can be, it's rediculous!
