Elemental Theme body font size

Can anyone tell me how to change the body font size in Elemental theme please?
Have tried editing main.less and bootstrap-modified.css but dont see any change on the live site?

I'm sure it's not the best method, but what I did is create my own stylesheet with:
<link href="<?=$view->getStylesheet('stylesheet-name.less')?>" rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'>

in the the head of the header-top.php file. And just put the stylesheet-name.less in with the rest of the css files. You may need to use an !important too.

Click the Gear icon, then Design, then on the big Theme icon click customize, then down in Full Page section is a Text link to adjust size and color. Further down is Blockquote adjustment

sorry but im not following you. Where is the 'gear icon'?
If i go into themes 'Elemental' does not have a customise option, only these: active/page templates/remove. (see attched)

The gear icon is in the upper left of page between pencil and plus. Click on that then pick your way down through it all and see what you can do,

Hi workndawg, what a plonker I am, I was looking top right under all the dashboard items!
Did'nt realise those options appeared on the gear/design.

Yeah I'm learning a lot now that I got past he basics. Like anything piles of little tricks.
