Enhancement the Page Title block type: show the current topic

The blog feature in 5.7 is almost great, but I think there are some improvable points. One of the point is the page title. The string of the Page title block won't change, even if you choose a topic by Topic List block. We can improve the usability of blog archive by showing the current topic in page titles.
