Error changing username's

Every time I try and change a username in a fresh install (5.7.5.1) I get the following error.
It doesn't matter which user I try and change, this happens changing any user....?
Ive downloaded and installed this 3 times, all with identical results.
Am i doing something wrong or is this a true bug?
I went to Members, chosen the appropriate user to update, click the blue username, update, and click the save button. Then immediately we get this error.

Looking at the error message would point at their being some kind of issue with user attributes.
Have you customised any of these /added / removed / added and removed?

Weird, ok, I just tried another vanilla install and it worked fine. No attributes of any sort have been altered in this other install, only a theme install (non-package). I'll try and trace this back and see what I can figure out.
I'm getting the same problem. I've added a few user attributes as well, and I get an

I just tried this on a 5.7.5.1 install and was not able to recreate.
What is the name of the user you are attempting to change and change it to?
