An unexpected error occurred.
Module 'oci8' already loaded

Anybody know how to solve this error. I am testing the new 5.7.2.1 and when i visit one of the sites with this version I get a dashboard bar at the top of the site with no buttons, and I get this error at the bottom of the page. If I reload the page they disappear, but if I go to a different computer the same thing happens when reopening the site.

That is an issue with the server configuration and is independent of concrete5, the PHP module is being loaded multiple times, check your php.ini to make sure you aren't loading it twice.
