error with 5.7.4.2

I get the following error when upgrading from 5.7.3.1 to 5.7.4.2
is_dir(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/var/lib/php/session) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/vhosts/yotefl.com/:/tmp/)
Where can I get 5.7.4.1. I clicked the link herehttp://www.concrete5.org/about/blog/core-releases/... but it takes me to 5.7.4.2.
