exclude from auto nav, include in breadcrumb

I have excluded a page type (individual tour pages) from the auto nav, but this seems to exclude this page type from the breadcrumb as well!
e.g. seehttp://gotimetrekkers.com/gb0001/stonehenge-and-great-stones-way...
How can I exclude the page type from autonav without excluding from breadcrumb?
BTW, my breadcrumbs use the autonav with breadcrumb template
