Fundamental: duplicate fundamental button

Hello,
I have copied the Fundamental Button block. But I'm having trouble editing the code to my needs.
I want to keep all the Fundamental button css, but I don't need the options that are in the form.
All I need is a full-width button, of 'primary' type' with a fixed link.
Could someone give a me a clue where to start.

You can open the block form and try commenting out the form sections you don't need.
