Having Issue With Advanced Forms - Can Anyone Help?

I created a form and setup one of the fields to an email form. The form is supposed to send an email to the user who submits the form.

Also, it takes over 30 seconds to submit the form.

Can anyone give me a suggestion to solve these two issues?
