The problem on my site is that the header and footer do not show up in the English version of my page. In the German version everythin works fine.
I've lastly copied the whole German section to the English tree and have also updated my concrete5 to the lastest version (5.7.4.2.). Since then, the header and footer in the English version do no more show up, everything worked fine just right before.
