Hide RSS items - when Publish Date is newer than Current Date?

Hi guys
I am going to do some content marketing for my website. Now the problem is that I want to create a lot of blog posts at the same time and put them on my site already. And then I expect them to be visible at the Publish Date which I've set.
-> So basically hide the page from the RSS feed and page listing block when [Publish Date] > [Current Date]
So, where can I find the file which generates the RSS for a page listing?
And should I hide every post for the future in the sitemap.xm as well? Or wouldn't Google mind me posting posts in the future? (lol)
