How can i hide or disable blocks in Global Areas for certain pages?

...depending on a page attribute, for instance?
EDITED: Decided to choose an easier solution for displaying the page title on pages. I will simply use the Page Title Block on pages where i want to have the page title. Should be the same effort as switching attributes on or off.
